By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors).\u00a0 We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent.<\/p>\n

account with us we will send you an invoice which will be due for payment within 30 days of invoice date.<\/p>\n Cheques \u2013 <\/strong>Payment can be made by personal cheques (up to guarantee strives to ensure that all goods are delivered on time.\u00a0 We do not accept liability for goods delivered on an unspecified day.\u00a0 We may also deliver the goods in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for this.<\/p>\n We do not accept liability for shortage of goods delivered or damage to deliveries unless we are notified by telephone on the same day as defective.<\/p>\n All goods delivered to a UK address carry a manufacturer\u2019s warranty as stated.\u00a0 Customers who wish to make a warranty claim must comply with the manufacturer\u2019s instructions and warranty procedure.\u00a0 We will refer you directly to the product manufacturer in such cases.\u00a0 We will provide you with the contact information for the relevant manufacturer.\u00a0 The warranty does not apply if the goods have been altered or damaged in any way by the customer or\u00a0their employees or agents, or goods are not used in accordance with the manufacturer\u2019s instructions.<\/p>\n Claims for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made within seven days of receipt.\u00a0 After this date, replacements will not be offered.<\/p>\n Subject to the right of consumers to return goods for refund under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000, EURO SAAB PARTS DIRECT\u00a0do not sell products on a trial basis.\u00a0 Customers are strongly advised to adhere to the product specifications when placing an order.<\/p>\n All electrical parts ordered are non-returnable except in the case of cores or exchange
